Honduras

Honduras is full of vibrant culture, varying from the traditional Mayan roots marked by hidden ruins, to the deep blue waters and green jungles that are home to a number of native animal species and attract the modern day adventurer. It is also a cultural melting pot of various ancestries ranging from the Mayan Indians in western Honduras to the Spanish influenced ‘mestizo’ race to the Garifuna communities found today on the coastal towns and the Bay Islands (home to one of the planets largest barrier reefs).
